Scales of Judgment

This Artifact remains face-up on the field
after it is played. Once per round, after one
of your Creatures performs an action, you
may pay {3} to activate this effect: Each
player flips a coin for each Creature they
have on the field. If the coin is heads, that
Creature is restored to full HP. If the coin is
tails, the Creature is destroyed.
