If a creature would enter the battlefield under your control instead exile it. Sava has all triggered abilities of creatures exiled this way.
Whenever you successfully cast a creature spell, Sava triggers all of her enter the battlefield abilities.
When Sava leaves play return all creatures exiled by her to the battlefield under their owner's control.
