Saturated Salina

You may have Saturated Salina enter the battlefield untapped. If you do, it enters the battlefield with a drought counter on it.
At the beggining of your upkeep, if Saturated
Salina has a drought counter on it, tap it unless
you pay {1}. If you do, remove a drought counter
from Saturated Salina.
