spell or permanent instead. (Exile it with a claim
counter on it. You may cast that card for as long
as it has a claim counter on it, and you may spend
mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.)

Spells you cast from exile cost {1} less to cast for each enchantment you control that has one or more cards
exiled with it.
