Sandstorm

Sandstorm deals 1 damage to all untapped creatures and 2 damage to all tapped creatures. All untapped creatures that are dealt damage this way become tapped and do no untap during their controllers next untap step.
After every storm there is a chance to start anew, for everything that existed before is gone.
