When Salam Meha, Shunned Wizard enters the battlefield you may pay {u/b}{u/b}, if you do you may cast target card from your graveyard until end of turn without paying it's mana cost. If a creature card is cast this way it becomes a black Zombie in addition to it's other colors and types.
Wizards and Zombies you control get +1/+1.
