If that land is an Island, Ruthix, Titan Sovereign gains flying until end of turn. If that land is a Mountain, Ruthix, Titan Sovereign gains Firststrike until end of turn. If that land is a Forest, put two +1/+1 counters on Ruthix, Titan Sovereign instead.
