Rune of Stasis

Rune of Stasis enters the battlefield with X Time
Counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep,
remove a Time Counter from Rune of Stasis.
When Rune of Stasis enters the battlefield, tap
target creature an opponent controls. That
creature cannot untap as long as Rune of Stasis
has one or more Time Counters on it.

Stasis.
