Ring of Jumping

While wearing this ring you can cast the Jump spell from it as a Bonus Action at will, but you
can target only yourself when you do so.
Running long jump w/ ring = 57' / 63' reach
Normal long jump = 19' / 25' reach
High jump w/ ring = 21' / 27' reach
Normal high jump = 7' / 13' reach
A running start is 10' before the jump, without the 10' the distance is halved.
