Riften comes into play tapped.
{3}{t}: Pay {x} Life and search your opponent's Library for a nonland card where {x} is it's converted mana cost. Place that card on top
of your Library and have your opponent shuffle their Library.
{t}: Add {b} or {u} to your mana pool.
