Ride the Menagerie

At the beginning of you upkeep, reveal the
top card of your library. If it's a permanent
card with converted mana cost less than the number of creatures you control, you may sacrifice Ride the Menagerie. If you do, put
it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, you may
put it on the bottom of your library.
