Revel in Inhumanity

Return target creature from your graveyard
to the battlefield. It becomes an artifact in
addition to it's other types.
Each opponent loses life equal to the
number of artifacts you control.
The only survivors of the cataclysm were bound
in artifice and steel. They were forced to revel in
their new forms, least they despaired.
