Persist (When Rebirthed Lich dies, if it had no -1/-1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a -1/-1 counter on it.)
When Rebirthed Lich enters the battlefield, if it has no -1/-1 counters on it, put a 2/2 black Zombie creature token onto the battlefield, then populate.
