Whenever you cast a creature spell, look at the
top three cards of your library. You may reveal an artifact or a creature with flying from among
those cards and put it into your hand. Put the
rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
As long as Rayquaza is attacking, other creatures
with flying you control get +1/+1 and have
hexproof.
