be spent only on one multicolored card this turn.
III - One multicolored creature gains flying this turn.
IV - Enchant one land, it becomes a Rainbow in addition to its other typing.
When tapped, Rainbows may add one mana of any color, in addition to any mana or ability the land
was tapped for.
