Rainbow Conduit

Whenever an opponent casts a spell add Chromatic Counters to Rainbow Conduit equal to the colored mana required to cast
that spell. You may remove a Chromatic Counter at any time from Rainbow Conduit
to add mana of any type. At the beginning
of your end step remove all counters from Rainbow Conduit.
