As long as your devotion to white is less than
eight, Radagon of the Golden Order isn't a
creature.
If a creature entering the battlefield or
transforms causes a triggered ability you control
to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time.
When Radagon leaves the battlefield, transform Radagon as long as your devotion is eight or
more.
