Qingque, Quantum Diviner

At the beginning of combat on your turn, exile the top
card of your library face down. Guess if the exiled card
is land or nonland and reveal it. If you guessed right
put a jade counter on the exiled card an repeat this
process. Otherwise, put that card on the bottom of your
library and Scry 2.
When you have four or more cards exiled with jade
counters on them, put those cards into your hand.
Qingque deals 4 damage to each of up to three targets.
