get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.)
Whenever you cast a non-Human creature spell,
you may search your library for a creature card
with equal or lesser mana value. Reveal that card,
put it into your hand then shuffle your library. If
you have the city's blessing, you may put that
card onto the battlefield instead.
