weapon can swing this blade creating a wave of
colors and cast 'Colour Spray' at 2nd level.
On scoring a critical hit, the wielder turns
invisible until the end of their next turn.
The wielder can change the color of any object
or creature with a single touch of this weapon, as
with the Prestidigitation cantrip.
