Card Cost: 20 GP x Current Level
Cardholder gains XP equal to 20 times their
current level. May be used once a week.
{t} If the cardholder's level is under 10 they may
keep the card after use.
{ut} If the cardholder's level is 10 or above they
must return the card to the Gamemaster after use.
