When Presence of Nothingness enters the battlefield, exile X target creatures. Put two time counters on those creatures. If a creature exiled this way doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield from exile, draw a card.
Sometimes it feels good to leave everything behind for
