Plunder Broker

When Plunder Broker enters the battlefield, each
opponent may tap any number of untapped
creatures they control. For each creature tapped
this way, they create a Treasure token. (It's an
artifact with "{t}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one
mana of any color.”)
Whenever an opponent sacrifices a Treasure,
you may draw a card and create a Treasure.
