Pierce the Veil
Once per combat, and only in combat, you may
choose to roll GEARHEAD while making an
attack instead of rolling another stat. If you do,
that attack deals additional damage.
Once per hour, and only while not in combat,
you may predict an action that seems incredibly
unlikely to occur while also making a cryptic
statement about causality, spacetime, or a similar
topic. If you do, the GM will assign a DC.
If you agree to the DC, roll WEIRD. Then, if
you meet the DC, the chosen event occurs
