Creatures your opponents control don't untap during their owner's untap step unless their controller pays {2}. Everytime a creature an opponent controls is tapped at the end of their controller's turn, it gains a nightmare counter. If a creature has 3 or more nightmare counters, untap and take control of it, except it is now a 3/3 Angel Illusion with flying an
