When PC EMD SW7 enters the battlefield, you may pay {b}{g}. If you do, sacrifice this creature and exile target creature card in your graveyard and put two time counters on it. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. (At the beginning of your upkeep, you remove a time counter. When
the last is removed, you cast it without paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)
