Patriarch

When an opponent enters their attack step they
must pay {p/c} to declare attackers. When they do
you may draw a card or create a treasure token
You have no maximum hand size.
When the Monarch draws, you may also draw.
When the player in control of the Patriarch is eliminated, the player that causes the elimination becomes the Patriarch.
