Parents' Days

A player can only control one Festivity
During each player's upkeep that player chooses target creature they control to gain hexproof until end of turn.
If you control Parents' Days, then creatures
you control with hexproof have flying.
If it's May or June and you control
Parents' Days, choose a second target
creature you control.
