Panoramic Lens

Whenever a creature would be sent to the
graveyard from the battlefield, put a death
counter on it instead. If there are any amount
of death counters on it already, remove all
counters of any type from it instead.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep,
sacrifice all creatures they control with death
counters on them. For each creature that dies
this way, you add {c}.
