Happiness counters are not removed when
PAL, Bestest Friend is removed from the battlefield.

At the start of your Upkeep, choose two tasks—
{r}, {t}: You and Target opponent roll dice.
{u}, {t}: Flip a coin.
{b}, {t}: Guess a Card Type, Exile a card at random from your graveyard.
If you win a task, gain a Happiness counter.

Shift Complete— During your End step, if you have 15 Happiness counters, you win the game.
