Outland Warrior

Cityscape- When you cast Outland Wariror, if you control two or more nonbasic lands, Outland Warrior gets +0/+1 and haste. The next time it would attack, Outland Warrior deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
In the outlands, the ground has become ripe for the shock of lightning, and so it was only natural that its inhabitants harvested it.
