-1: deal 1 damage to target creature and tap it, it doesn't untap during its controllers next untap step. if it is already tapped deal 3 damage to it
-9: Target player gains an emblem that says "your minions don't untap during your untap step. you may put a -0/-1 counter on a minion to untap it"
