Not Panda

When Not Panda is dealt damage for first time
each turn, put a rage counter on it as long as it's
your turn.
Not Panda gets +2/+0 for each rage counter on
it.
The bear may be mistaken for a panda, however,
very same bear is responsible for most figures died to
as they would dare to enter the forest.
