Nobara, the Hammer and Nails

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcerer spell,
put a nail counter on target creature. At the beginning of your end step, choose a creature
with a nail counter on it, then deal damage to
that creature equal to the number of nail
counters on it.
Whenever a creature with a counter on it dies,
draw a card and discard a card.
