Nilog, Fool for Masses

Whenever an opponent targets Nilog
with a spell or activated ability, Nilog gains protection from that player until end of turn.
{1}{u}, Nilog loses Protection from all
opponents: Target nonpermanent spell or
activated ability targets Nilog, if able.
{u}{r}{b}, Return Nilog from the battlefield to
your hand: Gain control of all nonpermanent
spells on the battlefield that target Nilog, you
may select new targets for those spells
and abilities.
