Nice, Relaxing Bath

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may bathe target creature. (Put a number of bubble counters and -1/-0 counters on that creature equal to its power.)

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, he or she gains life equal to the total number of bubble counters among creatures he or she controls, then draws a number of cards equal to the number of creatures he or she controls with a bubble counter.
