Whenever you would draw a card, you may put
two +1/+1 counters on Neuroplasm instead.
Remove X +1/+1 counters from Neuroplasm:
The next X times target player would draw a
card this turn other than the first card they draw
in each of their draw steps, that player skips that
draw.
Technically, an ooze's entire body is a brain.
