Necrotic Command

Choose two -
o Each opponent loses 1 life for each card in his
or her hand.
o Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the amount of life you've lost this
turn.
o Return target creature card with converted
mana cost X or less from your graveyard to the battlefield, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast Necrotic Command.
o Target player discards two cards at random.
