Mythos of Nokkols

Each player sacrifices all permanents they control. If {w}{u} was spent to cast Mythos of Nokkols, each player exiles cards off the top
of their library until they exile a number of permanents equal to the number of permanents they sacrificed and puts them
into play. Shuffle the remaining exiled cards into their owner's libraries.
