At the beginning of each player's upkeep,
that player sacrifices a non-Spirit creature
or planewalker. If they do, they gain life
equal to its mana value.
At the beginning of each player's end step,
that player may return target non-Spirit creature or planeswalker card from their graveyard to their hand.
