Whenever Mono, Seeker of The Signal deals combat damage to a player, create a clue token. Then, if you have 3 or more clues, exile Mono, Seeker of The Signal with three time counters on it. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.

If Mono, Seeker of The Signal was cast from exile without paying its mana cost, transform it.
