Mindseeker Construct

When Mindseeker Construct enters the
battlefield, if it has a +1/+1 on it, target
player reveals their hand, you may choose a
card from that player hand with converted mana
cost {4} or greater, that player exiles the chosen
card.
Undying (When Mindseeker Construct dies,
if it had no +1/+1 counters on it, return it
to the battlefield under its owner's control
with a +1/+1 counter on it.)
