Whenever you draw a card, create a Food token.
Protection from Spirits and monocolored-green.
Miltank can block, target and deal damage to
Spirits with protection as though they didn't
have protection.
Miltank gets +1/+1 for each growth counter on it
and has trample as long as it has a growth counter.
Whenever Miltank attacks, put a growth counter
on it if there are 3 or less growth counters on it.
If Miltank does not attack during your attack
phase, remove all growth counters on it.
