Whenever a player sacrifices a permanent, Mayhem Devil deals 1 damage to any target.
These Ferocious and agile demons are found all
over Hell, and are often used on the front line in concerted attack in either dimension. The revel in battle, feeding off their victims, when the hunger takes them.
