Counter target spell that targets you or a creature you control. Copy that spell, you may choose new targets for the copy. If a spell countered this way has X in its mana cost you may pay {x}, and add X to the original casting cost. (if the spell was cast for {5}{r}, you could pay another {4} to increase the effect.)
