Mantle of Dreams

During your untap step you may choose not to untap target creature, if you do, equip Mantle of Dreams to that creature. During your upkeep, if Mantle of Dreams is equipped to an untapped creature, you may put a dream counter on equipped creature. Creatures with dream counters on them gain +1/+1 for ever creature with a dream counter on the battlefield.
