Manticore Rider

Manticore rider costs {b} less to cast if you
control any ally, cleric, goblin, orc, shaman,
vampire &/or wizard.
Enchants any creature you control. That
creature cannot be an artifact &/or white.
Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 and gains
reach and wither. Enchanted creature also
gains the manticore creature type.
A manticore will only allow a rider who is
outrageously evil.
