This enchantment can be your commander.

Enchanted player is a creature with, "Hexproof,
Indestructible, Vigilance and Trample. This
creature cannot leave the battlefield. This
creature's power and toughness are equal to your
life total. When this creature is dealt damage, you
loose that much life."
When Manifestation of Will leaves the battlefield,
you loose the game.
