Mana Pool

Card Cost: All AP + {x} GP
The use of Mana Pool allows the Cardholder to
use any power even if he/she doesn't have enough
AP. Cardholder must first use remaining AP,
but then may use {x} GP for any AP still needed.
(For example, if 35 AP is needed, but only 20 AP
is available, first the 20 AP would be used; then,
an additional 15 GP would cover the rest.)
Mana Pool may be used once a week.
