When Makrit, Beast Tamer enters the battlefield,
exile target creature an opponent controlls.
While this creature is in exile, if it his power four
or greater, you may play it for it's mana cost.
When Makrit, Beast Tamer leaves the battlefield,
If the card is in Exile, return it to it's owner's
hand
